| How
to DRINK LESS |
Start with a non-alcoholic drink, so your not
thirsty. Avoid eating chips or nuts as the salt will make you thirsty. Drink slowly, take sips, not gulps, put your glass down in between sips. Eat before or during drinking, so alcohol absorbed slowly. Drink at your own pace, don't feel pressured. "Thanks, but no thanks". Alternate with water or non-alcoholic drinks. |
| Drinking & driving | Don't drive after drinking, and don't go in a car when the driver has been drinking. Call a taxi, or have a specified skipper. |
