| Do not ignore the signs The fallout can affect the employee's ability to do his or her job, the organisation and other staff, not to forget the off-site family. Develop an organisation-wide policy on gambling and include detail on the degree and type of monitoring. Do this in open discussion with the workforce and make the policy (and agreed consequences) widely known. |
