Understanding my abilities

Back
Your resume to date It can be personally rewarding
to put together your own CV every so often
and celebrate the wealth of your qualifications
and your growing experience.

When it comes to experience, leave nothing out.
The good stuff and the challenges all adds up
to make you the person you are.

Targets for the future
Print out your CV and add a column on the right.
In this column, fill in those things you want to achieve.
Draw in the links from your CV to what you want.
You now have the map of what you want to do and achieve.

You might add some numbers to create priorities if needed.
Start with the options that are most important to you
and which you believe you can achieve.

Now, you are developing an understanding of your abilities
and how to advance them.

See the example below ...

with the ability to sense the emotions of others.
